UPDATE: June 11, 2019 at 10:43 a.m.

The moment you've been waiting for—if you're anywhere near as Aldi-obsessed as we are—has finally arrived. It's summertime, and that means Aldi's ingenious floating wine glasses are back in stores for a very limited time. Starting Wednesday, June 12, while supplies last, the Aldi Find is available once again, with a slightly higher price this time around. At $2.49 a glass, though, they're still crazy affordable.

Like last year, these stick-in-the-sand, float-in-your-pool cups come in turquoise, white, and clear colors. Find them at your local Aldi this week!

It seems like it's every week that Aldi wins an award for its booze. The whisky, the champagne, the rosé — the bottles have all been given proverbial gold stars by the world's most knowledgable drinkers. But since there's no contest for World's Best Wine Glass, allow us to effuse about the ingenious ones we just found at — c'mon, you know the answer — Aldi!

These Crofton Floating wine glasses are really just sticks in the sand — which is a decidedly better thing to be than a stick in the mud. Instead of the round, flat bottom that most wine glasses have, these ones end in a dull point that can be plunged into most beach grounds with enough wiggling. Bonus: They'll float when you put them in water, too.

The glasses come in turquoise, white, and clear shades, and the stems of each are tricked out with round bulbs that sort of act as stabilizers once they're flush with the sand. The bowls have 13.5 ounce capacities — that's about half a bottle — so you can focus more on your trashy read that pouring refills.

The best news — saved for last, of course — they're on sale as of today for just $2 a pop. In other words: You can get a set for your crew and still spend less than you would on Aldi's super cheap wine.

I think we're done here.
